AI Front Desk for Dog Trainers | Sarifs
Built only for board & train facilities

Book more evaluations. Answer fewer emails.

An AI front desk that lives on your website. It answers owners the second they ask — day, night, weekend — asks the questions you'd ask, and books the serious ones straight onto your calendar.

$200/month. You don't pay until it books your first evaluation.

The real reason they don't book

They're not price shopping. They're embarrassed.

Three questions decide whether an owner books with you. Almost nobody will pick up the phone and ask them. So they don't ask — they close the tab and message the next trainer.

"Will you even take him?"

He's bitten someone. They've likely been turned away once already, so they assume you'll say no too. They never ask — and the trainer who answers first gets the dog.

"What does this actually cost?"

Your site says "contact us." They read that as expensive and unwilling to say so, and they go looking for someone who'll just tell them the number.

"Three weeks without him?"

The separation is the real objection, not the money. It almost never comes up on a call, because they never get as far as booking one.

Same enquiry, two outcomes

An owner messages you at 10:47pm

Without a front desk

  • Form lands in your inbox. You're asleep.
  • They message two other trainers the same night.
  • Somebody replies before you do.
  • You answer at 7am to a lead who's already booked elsewhere.
  • You never find out why they went quiet.

With a front desk

  • Answered in seconds, in your words.
  • Intake done — breed, age, behaviour, bite history.
  • Evaluation booked before they leave the page.
  • You wake up to the full conversation and a name on your calendar.
  • Anyone who didn't book gets chased for ten days.
Live right now

Go ahead and try to break it

This is a real front desk running on a demo facility in Tampa. Not a video, not a script. Talk to it the way a frightened owner would at eleven at night and see how it holds up.

Try asking"My dog bit my nephew on Sunday — will you take him?"
Try asking"How much is a three-week board and train?"
Try asking"Can I come see him while he's with you?"
How it works

What happens after someone lands on your site

It answers, instead of collecting an email address

Program lengths, pricing, what the kennels are like, what day one looks like, whether you take aggression cases. All in your words — you write the answers, it uses them.

It asks what you'd ask

Breed, age, what the dog is actually doing, bite history, how soon they need help. Your intake is done before you've spoken to anyone.

Anything serious goes straight to you

If there's contact, an injury or anything medical, it stops answering and texts your phone. It never assesses a dog and never handles an aggression case on its own.

It books the evaluation

Onto your calendar, while they're still on the page. Confirmation goes out immediately, reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before.

You read the whole thing with your coffee

Full transcript in your inbox the moment it happens. No new app to check, no dashboard to learn.

It chases the ones who went quiet

Owners who asked and didn't book get followed up for ten days. No-shows get a friendly nudge and a rebooking link for five more.

It asks for the review at the right moment

Three days after the dog goes home, while the owner is still telling everyone about it. Requests only — never a written or fabricated review.

A board and train kennel run
Built for your facility, not off a template

Nobody trains a dog off a template. Same here.

Before anything goes live, I go through your programs, your pricing, your intake questions, your aggression policy and the things you find yourself saying to owners every week. The front desk gets trained on all of it, then I test it hard before it ever speaks to a real customer.

If there's something specific your facility needs handled — deposit links, waitlist replies, drop-off instructions, follow-ups for owners who've finished a program — I'll build that too. It's included, not an upsell.

Price

One package. One price. No surprises.

If it turns one enquiry a month into a board and train, it has paid for itself many times over. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be paying for it — which is why the risk sits with me, not you.

$200 /month

Everything included. Month to month.

You pay nothing until it books your first evaluation. I build it, train it, test it and put it live. The first invoice only goes out once it has actually put someone on your calendar.

Straight answers

What trainers ask me first

What if it says something wrong about a dog?

It doesn't assess dogs. It answers questions about your programs using answers you wrote and approved, and hands anything about behaviour, injury or aggression straight to you.

I'd rather talk to owners myself.

You still will. This handles the eleven-at-night pricing question so the owner is still around in the morning when you're free to talk to them properly.

My booking software already does this.

Gingr and Pawfinity handle people who've already decided to book. This is the conversation that happens before that decision — and it feeds straight into whatever you already use.

Does it sound like a robot?

Open the demo and judge for yourself. That's why there's a live one on this page instead of a video of one.

How much work is this for me?

One call to go through your programs and your usual questions, then I build it. You review the answers before it goes live. Most facilities spend under an hour on it.

How long until it's up?

Usually about a week. It depends on your site and how much detail you want it trained on — I'd rather take a few extra days than put something live that answers badly.

Next step

Fifteen minutes, no slide deck

A few questions about how enquiries reach you now, then I'll open the demo and you can try to break it while we talk.
